First time I met with yoga, I was probably 7 years old. I rushed into my best friend’s apartment and got totally blown away by what I saw. Her mum being upside down in Shirshasana. It was amazing.  It was not until my middle twenties when I realized she was doing yoga. In 2011 I committed to a daily yoga course on my vacation. When I started this yoga class I had no idea it would lead me to where I am now. Thanks to internet and my love for travelling I had opportunity to follow courses of famous yogis worldwide. I have tried various styles of yoga over the years and when I found the vinyasa flow, I was hooked.  Soon I felt better, stronger and more present in my life. With consistent practice, yoga found its way into my soul and had been a vehicle for change, self-discovery, and self-improvement. I couldn’t deny it, it was working. It was real. The more I practiced, the more I wanted to learn and share yoga with the others. Inspired by my teacher Delphine, I found the courage and enrolled in 200 hours’ yoga teacher training course. My intention is to give students safe yet challenging practice, where they stretch and strengthened their body and mind along with yogic breathing. I want them to feel good, move freely, have fun and experience the infinitude of possibilities within themselves.
